Travis began his career in the electrical industry in Austin, Texas in 1988. He worked and learned his way through the trade as an apprentice, a journeyman, a project foreman running a single project, and a superintendent overseeing multiple projects, ultimately earning his master electrician license in 1996. Travis leveraged what he learned in the field and became a skilled estimator, project manager and electrical contractor.
Beau Boylan is GBI’s Permian Basin Region Manager within the Industrial Division. Beau began his career just out of high school working industrial construction as a tankie. Beau later joined GBI at the time of its founding in 2007 as a field welder.
Lamonte Loertscher is an estimator in the Tank division at our Kaysville headquarters office. He works closely with GBI business development and customers to prepare and submit customer Request for Proposals (RFPs). Lamonte spends his days working on a variety of tasks including: evaluating customer drawings, doing take-offs, talking with customers and subcontractors, working on spreadsheet pricing models, and preparing final bid packages for submittal.
Jeff Reading is GBI’s Tankie Construction Director responsible for managing manpower and career development of all Tank field superintendents and craft. He works closely with our Safety and Quality Directors to ensure that all employees receive the proper training and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Jeff’s responsibilities also include oversight of the Field Warehouse and all of the company’s construction equipment, vehicles and trailers.
