GBI paychecks are electronically deposited into your designated financial account every Friday, for the preceding week’s work. Employees also have the option to be issued a Comdata paycard that can be used like a debit card and for ATM cash withdrawals.
Online paystubs can be accessed through our GBI Portal portal.mygbi.com. Employees can access the portal with their employee number and PIN, found in your ‘welcome’ email from HR that you received upon hire.
If you ever feel there is a discrepancy in your weekly hours or pay, please contact your manager to explain the situation. Your manager can contact the appropriate personnel to review the situation and get a resolution.
To make any changes to your withholding status, fill out and electronically submit a new W-4. For a detailed tour of the W-4 form and its sections, you can refer to Form W-4 Summary in the Payroll Portal Document Library. Updates received by Monday at 10 am MST will be effective on that Friday's check.
Benefits elections can only be changed once a year during annual enrollment in July. HOWEVER, if you do lose other coverage you previously had or gain a new dependent, you may be eligible for special enrollment provided you request it within 30 days of the qualifying event.
