The last year has been full of challenges generated by the COVID pandemic. Several of our employees and their family members have experienced serious effects and, in some cases, have lost loved ones. Our hearts and prayers go out to them.

The economy is strong and things are looking up for 2018. Tax cuts have helped spur confidence in our customers and their planned capital investments. Additionally, the product flows unleashed in the U.
As a company we have expanded our capabilities beyond tanks to include Structural, Mechanical and Piping (SMP) as well as Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I). These capabilities have allowed us to successfully compete for key projects as a self-performing general contractor. Last year, building on the previous success we had building a startup gold mine in South Carolina, we completed another GC mining project in Bullhead City, AZ working with M3 and Golden Vertex.
GBI's own Riley O'Neal beat out thousands of competitors from all over the U. S. to place 2nd at the IEC National Apprentice of the Year Competition.
One of our own received an organ donation. This raised our awareness of the critical need for organ donors, and what it takes to sign up as a donor. The reality is that the number of candidates waiting continues to dwarf the number of donor organs available. We at Great Basin Nation can help change this—by registering as an organ, eye, and tissue donor and encouraging others to do so.
